                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM MACK H. CROW, RELATIVE
                   TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 110.1, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100
                   DOLLARS ($500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Mack H. Crow, relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No.
       110.1, for a consideration of $500.00.
